Once a Transaction gets to the latter stages of general agreement, we will prepare a TWU. This will be forwarded to both sides, so that all is agreed in writing and if so the relevant forms below need to be completed by both sides (or rejected if there is not agreement) to allow the Transaction to progress. This is simply so that there are no surprises when the transaction gets to the 'business end' of closing and so that all parties are on the same page.
