It is simple to post Offers & Requests as follows:

1. Click 'Create a Post' at the Top Right of the Page
2. Click the three dots at the bottom right of the posting page and select your Category
3. Write a title for the Offer or Request
4. Put in a description.
5. Upload any relevant file
